By accessing or using Crypto Hunter ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Service.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

2. Description of Service

Crypto Hunter is a Telegram-based tool designed to assist users in locating and recovering lost cryptocurrency wallets. The Service provides:

  • Advanced wallet discovery algorithms.
  • Recovery assistance tools.
  • Subscription-based access with a free demo period.

The Service is delivered exclusively through the Telegram platform.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

4. User Accounts

To use the Service, you must have a valid Telegram account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Telegram account and for all activities that occur under it.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service if we determine that you have violated these Terms or engaged in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activities.

A 48-hour free demo is provided to all new users. The demo grants access to core features for evaluation purposes only.

All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated or required by applicable law. If you believe you have been charged in error, please contact our support team.

5.4 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Service or by contacting support. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, its servers, or any user data.
  • Use the Service to harass, threaten, or harm others.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service.
  • Resell, redistribute, or sublicense the Service without prior written consent.
  • Use automated means (bots, scrapers, etc.) to access the Service beyond what is provided.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including all content, features, functionality, software, and trademarks, is owned by Crypto Hunter and is protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR COMPLETELY SECURE. YOU USE THE SERVICE AT YOUR OWN RISK.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CRYPTO HUNTER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR USE, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

IN NO EVENT SHALL CRYPTO HUNTER'S TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Crypto Hunter and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

11. Third-Party Services

The Service relies on Telegram and may integrate with other third-party platforms. We are not responsible for the content, terms, privacy policies, or practices of these third-party services. Your use of such services is at your own risk.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Crypto Hunter operates, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.

14. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration rules.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

16. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Crypto Hunter regarding the Service and supersede any prior agreements.
